Add your Club to the Energize Club Directory

To add your club to the Energize Club Directory please complete the 3 simple steps below. Once completed, please either email this form to energize@shropshire.gov.uk or post it to: Energize Club Directory, Sport & Recreation, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 6ND. Energize will review for approval before putting your details on to the Club Directory.

Step 4 - Update Method

Thank you for completing this questionnaire. To enable us to keep your club details up to date, what would be your preffered method of communication with us as a partnership? Please tick one or more of the methods below.

A: We will send an email to a nominated person from your club every 3 months requesting confirmation about current details.
B: We will send a letter to a nominated person from your club every 3 months requesting confirmation of current details.
C: When details about your club alter, someone from your club will be responsible for contacting us.
